Women Who Mean Business Reunion

A dedicated program for past graduates of Women Who Mean Business who are eager to reconnect and continue their professional development together.


The WWMB Reunion is specifically designed for graduates of the Women Who Mean Business program. Inviting all past cohorts for one immersive afternoon and evening, alumnae will re-engage while learning from WWMB instructors, Gay Gaddis and Lynn Utter. Combined with networking and discussions by accomplished business leaders, the program culminates with a combined graduation dinner celebrating a new cohort of WWMB graduates, creating an expanded network of female leaders.


NEW IN 2024! Based on past participant feedback, the 2nd Annual agenda has been expanded and enhanced with professional development time with WWMB instructors, Gay Gaddis and Lynn Utter, and Cohort small groups, along with an in-depth lecture on “Crisis Management” and esteemed speakers new to WWMB participants. Additionally, a portion of proceeds from the WWMB Reunion will fund a “Women Who Mean Business Scholarship Fund” providing financial assistance to female entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations.

  • Gay Gaddis

    Former CEO and a Fortune 500 board member Lynn Utter, offers a unique perspective on how to successfully create value and ascend to the c-suite as a female executive. Lynn is committed to helping rising women accelerate their careers by sharing her real-world corporate experiences and skills.

    The program is held at a venue near the beautiful campus of the University of Texas at the AT&T Executive Education Center, located in the heart of downtown Austin.

Reunion Date

The program consists of one immersive afternoon and evening with dinner, networking and thought leader discussions included. Travel and hotel additional, if needed.

    Located on the edge of The University of Texas at Austin campus, the AT&T Hotel & Executive Education and Conference Center is a state-of-the-art facility that offers Texas Executive Education participants a comfortable and convenient location to stay during their program, if needed.

I would like your approval to attend the Women Who Mean Business Reunion, an immersive program for leaders seeking career advancement and the chance to strengthen their professional network. The program one afternoon and evening of programming and networking with accomplished business leaders on April 4, 2024. Taught by two CEOs and University of Texas McCombs School of Business Hall of Fame winners, Gay Gaddis and Lynn Utter, the program brings entrepreneurial skills and corporate experiences together for a comprehensive leadership program for rapid career advancement. This program will offer me real-world experiences and the tools needed to dramatically improve the [ADD YOUR PRODUCTS/SERVICES] we deliver and how we work internally.

This program is in-person and interactive on the McCombs School of Business campus at the University of Texas, Austin. In its second year, the WWMB Reunion agenda has been expanded and enhanced with additional one-on-one time with instructors and cohort small group work, along with an in-depth lecture on “Crisis Management” and esteemed speakers.

  • Reflection since WWMB graduation
  • Cultivating Your Personal Network
  • Deep dive professional development session on the topic of “Crisis Management”
  • Goal Setting (Again, and Again)


After this session, I will be able to share tangible takeaways and learnings with our whole team. Additionally, I will be able to tap into a rich network of business leaders to grow our business and/or contribute to the profitability of the company.

Theme: “The Sky’s the Limit”

  • 1:15 pm: Arrival at AT&T Conference Center
  • 1:30 - 2:30 PM: Reunion Group Check-in’s “How Have I Changed as a Leader?”
  • 2:30 - 4:00 PM: “Crisis Management” lecture and new special guest speaker
  • 4:15- 5:45 PM: Circles with Reunion participants
  • 6:00 - 7:00 PM: Networking cocktail hour with Cohort 4 WWMB graduates
  • 7:00 - 10:00 PM: Combined Graduation Dinner with Reunion participants and WWMB graduates followed by a new special guest speaker


Note: Reunion speakers are all accomplished business leaders and new WWMB participants.
