Kurt Fischer brings over 45 years of experience in the Human Resource profession and has a breadth of experience with companies in healthcare, manufacturing, and philanthropy.
Kurt previously served as the CHRO for Quest Diagnostics, Corning Incorporated and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He currently serves as chair of the CHRO Board for the Institute for Corporate Productivity, an Advisor for Sera Prognostics, and is the Board Chair for the Corning Federal Credit Union.
Kurt began his racing career with friend and colleague Mark Clark, starting with Skip Barber racing and then pursued vintage racing with a 1970 Lola T-200, a 1978 Crosslé 32f and a 1986 Swift DB2. He found the challenge of racing to be similar to that in business. It requires concentration, and assimilation of numerous data points and calmness under pressure.
